For all of my fudgy brownie lovers, this one is for you! This recipe was one of hubby's favorites so I decided to make it my own and create a discard recipe!
A fudgy interior with gooey chocolate chips, this dessert has it all! Feel free to top it off with a nice big scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream!
