Small Batch Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

Something I've always been intimidated to make but have loved to enjoy. Cinnamon rolls! I wanted to make a small batch version that way if you only have 1-2 people you're making these for, you can eat them all before they're no longer hot and fresh out of the oven.
